• Helping Grow Siciclando

  Siciclando and Hatchery are in it together! We have entered a longterm relationship in order to evolve the business in many ways. We began with the site and now moved our attention to improved customer systems. We want Siciclando to enter 2022 with a focus on tools and services that improve customer communication, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Modernization — not just new images and colors

Hatchery has worked closely with the Siciclando team. Below are some focus areas

• Messaging

  We worked together to improve and strengthen the messaging and focus. Siciclando develops custom bike tours in Italy.

  Design

  Hatchery designed a new user interface to help strengthen the overall message. We focused on people. It's always about the people.

• Technology

  We moved from an older Wordpress theme with many outdated plugins to a modern system on the frontend and backend. A Bootstrap-based frontend, Java middle tier and AWS-server configuration.

  Into the future

  Technical systems are being put in place to improve the customer experience from inquiry to registration. In 2022, Siciclando will move into a whole new modern platform.

• Visuals

  A serious effort went into creating original photography including landscapes and guests. In addition to this new video was created including custom drone video in the Dolomites.
