Acceptable Use Policy
Hatchery builds and operates serious software. This policy protects the public site, chatbot, customer systems, secure AI workflows, and the people who use them.
No secrets, credentials, card data, health data, or source code
Where this applies
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Hatchery.com, the public chatbot, public contact workflows, public downloads, public APIs where offered, and any Hatchery-hosted or Hatchery-managed environment that references this policy. Customer agreements may include additional restrictions.
Do not use Hatchery systems for abuse
Responsible security behavior
If you believe you found a vulnerability, do not exploit it, access data that is not yours, disrupt service, or publicly disclose details before Hatchery has had a reasonable opportunity to review. Send a clear report through the contact page and include enough detail for us to reproduce and assess the issue.
AI and chatbot use
Do not use Hatchery AI, chatbot, secure model access, or agent workflows to create malware, steal credentials, bypass security controls, impersonate people, generate deceptive content, process data you do not have rights to use, or violate law, contract, or policy.
Customer AI systems should be scoped through written requirements, approved tools, identity controls, logging, data boundaries, and human review where needed. Public chatbot access is not a secure intake path for confidential or regulated material.
What Hatchery may do
Hatchery may block, throttle, remove, investigate, suspend, or report activity that appears to violate this policy, threaten security, violate law, or harm Hatchery, customers, users, or third parties. We may preserve information where needed for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Report abuse or security concerns
Use the contact page to report abuse, security issues, privacy concerns, or misuse of Hatchery systems.
