By using Hatchery.com, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature.

If you use this site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Public information, not a project commitment

Hatchery.com describes our services, work, products, capabilities, and general perspective. Public-site content is provided for informational purposes and does not create a professional-service relationship, warranty, implementation commitment, security guarantee, compliance certification, or promise that a specific outcome will be achieved.

Examples, product descriptions, technical summaries, news, testimonials, and diagrams may change. Project-specific scope, pricing, deliverables, security controls, hosting terms, service levels, intellectual property rights, and support obligations must be documented in a separate written agreement.

Chatbot and generated responses

The site chatbot may use Hatchery site content and AI-assisted retrieval to answer questions. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Do not rely on chatbot output as legal, financial, security, compliance, medical, or professional advice.

Do not submit confidential information, source code, trade secrets, credentials, regulated data, health information, payment card data, or sensitive personal data through public chatbot or public contact workflows unless Hatchery has provided an approved secure channel.

Intellectual property

The Hatchery name, site design, text, visual systems, diagrams, product descriptions, code samples, logos, product names, and other public-site materials are owned by Hatchery or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and share ordinary links to public pages, but you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, frame, or create derivative public-site materials for commercial use without permission.

If you send ideas, feedback, or suggestions through the public site, you allow Hatchery to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential ideas unless we have a written confidentiality agreement or approved secure channel.

Rules for public-site use

You must use this site lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical controls, overload systems, misuse the chatbot, impersonate others, or upload/send malicious, unlawful, infringing, or highly sensitive material through public workflows.

Customer agreements control paid work

Paid Hatchery services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, data processing addendum, security terms, support terms, or other written contract. If these website terms conflict with a signed written agreement for customer work, the signed written agreement controls for that customer work.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This public site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Hatchery does not warrant that the public site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hatchery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from public-site use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply.
