Marking their 20th year in business, Siciclando turned to Hatchery to help them invigorate their online presence and marketing. We have focused on new site capabilities to improve conversion — essential for a business like Siciclando.

Siciclando and Hatchery are in it together! We have entered a long term relationship in order to evolve the business in many ways. We began with the site and then moved attention to improved customer systems for customer registration and managment.

Oh boy. Where do we begin? Warmsprings Productions is one of the most amazing projects we have worked on EVER! The project wasn't massive and it did not involve crazy development. The project was just fun because the people in this company are plain awesome.

What made them awesome? They took our advice and they gave us tremendous space. They were upbeat and positive. They wanted the new site to be delivered, but they understood it took time to improve the product through iteration.

Hatchery was tasked to overhaul their brand (colors, logo etc.), their positioning and their site. We went back to the basics. Our lead writer interviewed key staff members multiple times and we developed a comprehensive view of how they wanted to be seen. The process took most of the time, however it provided the building blocks for design and everything else.

After a few months we exposed the new site and post the release we have continued to support Warmsprings in many business ways. We have a tremendous relationship with this highly positive company. What a joy.

Vertical was a Netsuite and Salesforce customer, however they recognized customization costs were not leaning in the right direction

Then CEO, Peter Bailey, hired Hatchery to develop Tracker. The intent was to build a flexible leads and opportunity-tracking system with tools supporting Vertical's business. Tracker enables sales to track a lead through to a final win/loss position and time-track every action involved. Using this time-series model, we are able to identify the overall health of the pipeline.

Hatchery is now building a new version of Hatchery-specific version of Tracker that will be available for subscription by Q1 2025. This system will for sure lean on our 6+ year of findings, but also introduce new capabilities using AI/NLP.

Hatchery first worked with the Henry Wine Group. This was later purchased by Winebox. 8 years later and we have shown that Hatchery is a technical partner that can support a business irrespective of the shifting business winds. We have built a strong relationship with the Winebow team and support various technical demands.

Our core product is Winebow Cellar. This product integrates with both MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server systems to support sales and marketing activities in real time. The Cellar product is an integral part of the Winebow ecosystem and helps with the various elements involved in an international distribution system — product reports, recalls, new product information, credits, inventory updates and much more.

In addition to code, Hatchery supports the backups, monitoring and overall maintenance of a mission-critical system.
